Jamal Murray impresses in Kentucky debut

Not a bad start for Kitchener’s Jamal Murray in his NCAA regular season debut.

The freshman guard had a team-leading 19 points for the Kentucky Wildcats, as they beat Albany 78-65.

The former Grand River Renegade added 8 assists and three steals for the Wildcats, albeit with five turnovers.

Murray will look to build on his solid debut as UK takes on NJIT tonight at 8 p.m.
