Kidspark returns to Victoria Park

Families are in for a treat today as the free, child-friendly event Kidspark returns to Kitchener.
Kidspark is an annual event that features live music, inflatable obstacle courses, food trucks and much more.
This year they’ve added the Jumpstart Tri-athlete Zone. Kids can try a new sport, learn how to get involved and get information on how to sign up for one of the many minor sports groups in the area.
Kidspark event coordinator Julie Marshall told 570 news about the addition.
“We have a Jumpstart Zone, which is basically an area with number of different booths set-up with minor sports organizations and organizations within the community that promote fitness.”
Kidspark happens between 11 AM and 5 PM today at Victoria Park.
