The Kitchener Rangers find themselves in a 2-0 hole as their first round OHL Playoff series with the Knights comes back home. Mitch Marner had a hat trick in London’s 6-2 win over Kitchener at the Budweiser Gardens on yesterday afternoon. Game 3 goes Tuesday night at The Aud.
1:30 – Warning Labels – Pumps

The City of Guelph is looking at potentially putting warning labels on gas pumps. It would be similar to the labels currently on tobacco products – but would illustrate how gas and diesel in vehicle engines contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and are harmful to human health and the environment. Councillor Bob Bell made a motion before council on last week and says warning labels on tobacco products has proven to be effective…and warning labels on gas pumps would make drivers think about how burning fossil fuels affects climate change. The idea was sparked from another Canadian city’s initiative…West Vancouver approved gas pump labelling in January.
