A third straight day of extreme cold

We remain in winter’s icy grip for yet another day.

An extreme cold warning for Waterloo Region and most of southern Ontario was lifted around 8am on Tuesday.

Environment Canada warns of wind chills of minus 30 to minus 35 at times.

570 News Weather Specialist John Wilson does expect it to warm up slightly with a high of -10, but we are expecting a centimetre or two of snow today.
