Another cold weather warning for Waterloo Region

Waterloo Region and much of southern Ontario is under a cold weather warning this morning.
Environment says a very cold airmass settled in last night.
It advises dressing appropriately for the weather.
570 News Weather Specialist John Wilson is forecasting a high of -13, but it will feel closer to -30 with the windchill.
It will be somewhat warmer tomorrow with a high of -7.
