Two influenza outbreaks at Grand River Hospital’s Freeport Site have come to an end.
The outbreaks on the second and fourth level of Union Terrace affected 7 people – who have all since recovered.
Officials are reminding visitors that flu season is ongoing.
Potential visitors who are showing symptoms of the flu are asked to stay home until they are symptom-free for two days.
