1:00- Losing your child
Parents, tell us about the moment you “lost” your child? How long was it for?
A horrible ordeal for two parents in the Norwich area is over – their 2 year old daughter has been found after she went missing Sunday night.  Brooklyn Honderich wandered away into the cornfields around a cattle farm where her parents were working. She disappeared around 7pm, and wasn’t found until 10am on Monday. The OPP called in officers from many local detachments to help find her, along with K9 units and the OPP helicopter. This morning, as word spread of the crisis, dozens of people from the local farming community came out to volunteer in the search. In the end it was one of those volunteers who found Brooklyn and brought her out of the 7-foot height corn, safe and sound. She was checked out by paramedics and returned to her parents.

1:30- The “No-talk” Salon
Would you go to a store where you didn’t have speak to staff?
Specialization is everywhere these days. We have churches for different religions, bathrooms for different sexes, stores for tall people and short people. Surely there’s room for a no-talk hair salon? This would be the ultimate de-stresser for introverts; a welcoming environment with an understanding that there will be no chatting about non-hair issues. With clear rules, there would be no anxiety about sitting in silence. The salon could pipe in music, or even bring in airline-style entertainment consoles!
