Waterloo man facing attempted murder charge

A Waterloo man faces a slew of charges, including attempted murder, following a weekend incident in Waterloo.

Waterloo Regional Police say a man and a woman were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being attacked in a home early yesterday on Drummerhill Crescent, off Westvale.

A 36-year-old man is charged with attempted murder, assault, possession of a weapon, mischief, uttering threats and breach of probation.
