Crews kept busy with watermain breaks in Waterloo

A pair of watermain breaks in Waterloo reduced water pressure to scores of businesses and homes in the city yesterday.

One of those on – on Weber between Lincoln and Bridgeport – resulted in a large sinkhole developing on Weber.

The other was on Regina between University and Lodge.

City staff worked well into the night to fix the problem.
