Fatal crash on 401 near London

Middlesex County OPP are investigating a fatal crash on the westbound 401 near London.
Police say a car rear-ended a tractor-trailer near Dorchester Road around 6:15am, the truck was parked on the shoulder of the on-ramp.
OPP Constable Laurie Houghton says the deceased driver still hasn’t been identified as they are trying to track down next of kin.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
Officers with the Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Team are now on scene trying to figure out what happened.
Only the left lane is currently open on that stretch of highway.
