Butt, Booty, bottom, behind, whatever you want to call it. The Waterloo Wellington Regional Cancer Program wants to see it. Not your actual butt. They want you to build a butt, build a what?
Waterloo Wellington residents are asked to build a butt. It could be made out of snow, cake, clay, beads or anything else you can think of.
Its all to raise awareness for colorectal cancer month.
Cheryl Shoemaker is the Regional Colorectal Cancer Screening Coordinator for the program.
She says you are asked to take a picture of the butt, put it on facebook and also include a short background or reasoning for your butt.
The top 10 will be chosen by the programs Intergrated Cancer Screening Team. Whatever butt gets the most facebook likes between March 21 and March 25 will win. The top 3 will win grocery store gift cards.
Colorectal cancer is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in the province but is 90 percent curable when found early
Shoemaker says the contest is meant to be fun and creative.
