11:00am- Don Thompson, Jazz Musician, Re: The legendary Canadian jazz artist, multi-Juno award winner, and a member of the Order of Canada, is helping raise money to support extra curricular music at Cameron Heights school.
11:15am- Josh Hill, Teacher and Event Organizer, Re: Hill is organizing the Cameron Heights Swing Dance, put on by The Cameron Band Support Group on Saturday, 1 March 2014 from 6-10pm.
11:30am- Shachi Kurl, Vice President at Angus Reid Global, Re: Liberals hold slight lead over Conservatives, but their edge evaporates among most likely voters in a new poll from Angus Reid. 33% of eligible voters say they would choose a Liberal candidate if an election were held tomorrow, a 5-point lead over the Conservative Party of Canada (28%) and puts them 7 points over the NDP (26%). However, among those who are likely voters, the Conservatives under Stephen Harper fare better: those identified as likely voters put the Conservatives in a statistical tie with the Liberals, with the CPC at 32%, the Liberals at 31%, both ahead of the NDP at 26%.
