It’s a chilly start to the day across southern Ontario.
Waterloo Region and much of the province is under a wind chill warning. The temperature will feel like -30 or lower at times.
Environment Canada warns that frostbite can occur within minutes to exposed skin.
We are also under a special weather statement. It says we will experience reduced visibility in blowing snow today and possibly tomorrow too.
It should start to warm up somewhat by Thursday.
