Surgeries cancelled after pipe burst at Cambridge Memorial

All surgeries had to be rescheduled and parts of the Hospital closed after a frozen water pipe burst at Cambridge Memorial Wednesday morning.

The pipe burst by the Intensive care Unit and resulted in some flooding and damage.

No patients were in danger at any time.

There is no current timeline for when the affected areas will be fixed.

The hospital is warning patients that non-urgent matters may take longer than usual for the next few weeks.

The hospital is resuming a partial surgery schedule on January 9.
