12:00pm- Christina Blizzard, Toronto Sun Queen’s Park Columnist, Re: Whatever happened to ministerial responsibility? That notion seems to have all but been abandoned in Premier Wynne’s government. Say what you like about Mike Harris, he held his ministers to a high standard. When they screwed up, they were gone, he didn’t just make them take responsibility for their mistakes, he forced them to carry the can for those under them who screwed up.
12:30pm- Richard Dumais, Equal Rights for Divorced Parents Advocate, Re: Dumais says that men are afraid to join in protests for equal parenting rights even though they complain that the courts don’t treat them fairly. He’ll be standing in front of the Kitchener court bringing awareness to the issue today holding an “Equal Rights 4 Dads” sign.
