Winter should be ‘normal’

We are less than a month away from the start of winter, but some areas have already had a teaser.

London and Ottawa were both blasted this week, London getting upwards of
70-centimetres.

Last winter, Waterloo Region received 140-cm of snow, 90 per cent of our typical total.

David Phillips, Senior Climatologist at Environment Canada is predicting a normal winter, which could be slightly cooler.
