10:00am- Jennifer Schulenberg, Professor in the Department of Sociology & Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo, Re: Greater transparency, better communication and increased accountability are needed to improve the police complaints system, says a report from the Ontario Police Complaints Forum. Schulenberg co-authored the report.
