2pm- Paul Wells, Political Writer for Macleans Magazine Re: Quebec’s latest turban controversy. Quebec’s PC government has yet to release the Values Charter and the Toronto Star is already calling it shameful.
Question: Do you agree?
2:30pm- Gary Grant, NCACT’s National Spokesperson. Re: The RCMP is estimating that there are at least 50 contraband tobacco manufacturers operating within Ontario and Quebec. This is in relations with a briefing document that was sent to the Federal Public Safety Minister earlier this year. It states that there are numerous organized crime groups that are involved in distributing illegal smokes and then reinvest that money into other illegal things.
Question: Should there be stiffer penalties for illegal smoke shops?
