Police charge Kitchener male in missing person case

Waterloo Regional Police have charged a Kitchener male in connection with the disappearance of Catherine Todd.
25 year-old James Solomon Parise was arrested in Stratford and is charged with Second Degree Murder.
Catherine Todd is presumed dead and police are continuing their investigation by searching for evidence that will lead to the location of Todd’s body.
Investigators are also searching for a small loveseat missing from Todd’s home and have established a search location at the Waterloo Region landfill site on Erb Street West in Waterloo.
