No one hurt in Thursday fires

No injuries are reported following a pair of fires in Waterloo Region yesterday afternoon.
Officials are investigating the cause of both blazes and say both homes were essentially destroyed.
The first fire broke out around 1:30 on Northumberland Street in Ayr while the second gutted a home on Snyders Road East in Petersburg.
