The popular social network site, Twitter, will be the interview outlet for Waterloo City Councillor Karen Scian tonight.
She’ll be answering questions asked by the public via her Twitter account from 7 to 8 pm.
Scian tells 570 News that social media is expanding and it’s up to the government to embrace that.
The hour-long discussion will feature topics such as transportation, community engagement and parks.
Scian also plans to provide updates on trails and traffic, neighbourhood associations and happenings throughout the city.
