Kitchener’s new CAO

The City of Kitchener announcing their new Chief Administrative Officer.

Jeff Willmer has been with the city for 21 years. In his most recent role he was deputy CAO of the community services department.

Willmer has a full plate of responsibilities now. Among them, he will oversee the city’s newly-established Integrated Planning Centre of Excellence, integrating the updated Strategic Plan, and budgeting and performance management, while providing leadership to 2-thousand full and part-time employees.
