Buggy crash

A 51-year-old Mount Forest man has been charged in a deadly crash involving an S-U-V and a horse-drawn buggy.

The buggy driver was critically injured and his horse killed in the accident last November.

Onias Frey, the 60-year-old buggy driver was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Roger Woods is facing a careless driving charge.
