Catholic board director to retire

The Director of Education for the Waterloo Catholic District School Board is retiring.
Roger Lawler is the third-longest serving Education Director in the province and is the local Catholic board’s longest serving director.
He’s also served as President of the Ontario Catholic Supervisory Officers’ Association (OCSOA), the English Catholic Council of Directors of Education (ECCODE), and the Ontario Council of Directors of Education (CODE).
This year marked Lawler’s 35th year in education.
