The first ever Manulife Financial LPGA Classic needs your help.
The tournament will be held June 20th through 24th at Waterloo’s Grey Silo Golf Course and they need over 1,200 volunteers to fill a variety of roles.
That includes providing transportation and shuttle services for tournament officials and players, as well as serving as on-course marshals and walking scorers.

Organizers say volunteers will be asked to make a commitment of approximately 18 hours, or three shifts, during the course of the tournament.
“Our volunteers will have unique opportunities to help build an international sporting event from the ground up. They’ll work alongside tournament and LPGA tour officials and they’ll help shine a global spotlight on their community. But, above all else, our volunteers will have a lot of fun,” said Richard Kuypers, Tournament Director for the Manulife Financial LPGA Classic.
Volunteers will be required to purchase a volunteer package for $85. Each package includes a volunteer uniform, lunch and snacks each day they volunteer, as well as five additional one day tickets to share with friends and family.
