Kitchener man charged with voyeurism

A Kitchener man is charged with voyeurism following an alleged incident at Fairview Park Mall.

Regional Police say they were called to the mall yesterday afternoon after receiving complaints about a man videotaping up a woman’s skirt.

A 26-year-old man was arrested.
