Assault suspect photo released

Regional Police are appealing to the public for any information that could help identify a suspect they believe was involved in a sexual assault case in the middle of August.
On August 15th, at approximately 3:40 p.m. an adult female was conducting renovation work within a vacant building on University Ave East near King St. North in Waterloo.
An unknown male entered the building and sexually assaulted the female. The victim managed to break free and the suspect fled the area.
The victim did not require medical treatment.
Police describe the suspect as: male, Hispanic, 30-35 years of age, 6’1″ slender build, dark hair shaved on the sides, wearing a white golf shirt and blue jeans.
Police further describe the suspect as having an olive tone skin, clear complexion, long face,
short brown wavy hair, brown eyes, bushy eyebrows, a wide mouth, large lips, larger ears that protrude slightly, and a wide nose.
The suspect spoke with a very strong accent, was well groomed and very fit.
