Fire at Waterloo industrial mall

Fire officials are investigating a blaze at an industrial mall in Waterloo.
Deputy Fire Chief Larry Brassard says they received a 911 call around 10:30 this morning from a bridal shop on Bridge Street.
They found fire on the first and second floors of a metal working company next door.
The blaze was put out quickly but smoke got into adjoining units in the building.
Brassard says damage is estimated at between $50,000 and $100,000 but that number could rise once the extent of the smoke damage is known.
