The Waterloo Air Show begins today at the Region of Waterloo International Airport. It runs both today and tomorrow and will feature the Canadian Snowbirds along with a CF-18 demonstration team and an F-16 Viper.
Captain Robert Chagnon is one of the pilots and tells 570 News, they have the Low Show, the Flat Show and the High Show which he describes as, “the big one with the loops and the rolls and the crosses and all the excitement. So in the High Show, you get to see about 50 different manoeuvres and formations timed to music.”
The event will also include aviation exhibits and vendors, Kids rides and activities, performer autographs and of course, food and a beer garden.
