Gas prices drop

Gasoline prices dropped this morning by about 2.7 cents a litre across southern and eastern Ontario as well as southern Quebec.
The average price of gas in Waterloo Region this morning is $1.22 a litre.
The price of regular in the Toronto area is at just over $1.23 a litre and in the Montreal area, it’s going for slightly more than $1.27.
More price drops are expected in the days ahead as the price of oil falls. Oil was down another $2.20 this morning to $79.10 U-S a barrel, or down 17 per cent since the start of last week.
