The first Latin Festival takes over Waterloo’s Public Square today.
From 4 until ten pm visitors can look forward to music, dancing, vendors and more.
NERUDA PRODUCTIONS Artistic director Isabel Cisterna tells 570 News this is a chance to introduce the public to the diversity of Latin culture.
The event is promoting an exhibition opening in September at the Button Factory in Waterloo where local artists will display their work.
