Police continue to investigate after Manulife employees at the downtown office at Water and Charles were sent home yesterday.
Manulife employees at the building on Water Street in downtown Kitchener were sent home yesterday.
Jana Miller, Director of Internal Communications for the Canadian Division of Manulife, told 570 News that they were made aware of a security concern and closed the building as a precautionary measure.
Waterloo Regional Police say they were called late Thursday night about a suspicious package and still have not released details of the concern.
Miller expects it will be business as usual at the Water Street location on Monday.
