115 in a 60 zone

Guelph Police have laid charges after a driver was caught speeding at almost double the posted limit.

On Wednesday just before noon, Guelph Police observed a car heading north bound on Gordon Street from Clair Road at a high rate of speed.  The vehicle was doing 115 kilometres per hour in a 60 zone.

A 27 year-old Guelph man now faces “Stunt Driving” charges and his licence and vehicle have been seized for seven days.
