At what cost?

TORONTO – The McGuinty Liberals say the Progressive Conservatives’ energy plan will cost thousands of jobs.

Opposition Leader Tim Hudak says his party will kill the Samsung deal to make components for green energy projects if it win the October election.

He wants to scrap the $7-billion dollar deal with the South Korean giant and the lucrative rates paid to green energy producers.

Hudak calls the deal shady — McGuinty calls Hudak’s threat reprehensible.

The Liberals say 18-hundred jobs in Windsor, Tillsonburg and Toronto would be at risk if the Conservatives win the election.
