Fatal crash

A 69-year-old Kitchener woman is dead and a 63-year-old Kitchener woman injured after a car crashed into a building last night.
An eastbound vehicle went through a stop sign and crossed Weber Street at Glen Forrest Boulevard in Waterloo before hitting the side of the Johnsonite building.
Police in fact recovered the mangled stop sign from the shrubs in front of the building, and tire tracks can be seen in the lawn.
The crash happened just before 9 o’clock last night.
A witness says the vehicle hit the curb and was launched into the air.
Police are looking into whether the crash was caused by a medical condition.
