A woman with a powerful message and story is in the area today.
Eva Olsson is an 86-year old Holocaust survivor. She is here on behalf of the Kitchener Westmount Rotary Club.
She is speaking at a number of schools about the impact of bullying and hatred and will be at the St. Jacob’s Playhouse Theatre tonight.
Doors open at 7:30. Admission is free, but a $5 donation to KidsAbility would be appreciated.
Olsson says she wants to remove the word ‘hate’ from people’s vocabulary, as she says “hate is a killer” and left unchecked, turns into rage.
