Man crashes into building

There were no serious injuries after a vehicle slammed into a building at the Laurelwood Shopping Centre in Waterloo.

Regional Police say the 82-year-old driver was treated for minimal injuries after his vehicle struck the Carlson Wagonlit Travel business around 4:30 yesterday afternoon.

Damage to the vehicle and the building – at Columbia and Fischer Hallman – is estimated at $30,000.
