A municipal councillor in West Perth wants to make the jump to provincial politics.
Jeff Marshall is seeking the PC nomination for the riding of Perth-Wellington.
In announcing his candidacy, Marshall says he wants “to go to Queen’s Park to help tame out-of-control government spending, cut job-killing red tape and allow Perth-Wellington’s rural and small urban municipalities to have their own say on what happens within their communities.”
The riding is currently held by Liberal John Wilkinson.
