Police and fire officials in Cambridge have determined a fire near an old historic hotel was deliberately set.
The fire in a garage next Preston Springs Hotel on Fountain Street broke out early yesterday morning.
Damage is pegged at 250 thousand dollars.
An official with the Ontario Fire Marshall’s office is at the scene today.
This is the second time in almost four years Cambridge fire crews have responded to a blaze on the property.
