Royal sets sights on Panther record

The runs batted in record of a former Kitchener Panther is in danger of being toppled by a rival Guelph Royal.

Royals player-manager Kevin Hinton had a four RBI performance in yesterday’s 6-4 win over Kitchener. That gives Hinton 484 career RBI’s, one shy of former Panther Randy Curran’s mark of 485.

The Panthers have lost three in a row.
