Drowning at Emerald Lake

A 35-year-old Kitchener man is dead after a drowning at Emerald Lake Campground in Puslinch Township.

On Saturday, Brian Rodney Brownbill was swimming with his family when he went missing.

Authorities searched the area and found the Brownbill approximately 15 feet from the shoreline but were unsuccessful to resuscitate him.

O.P.P, Puslinch Fire Department and Paramedics from Royal City Ambulance were all on the scene.
