A man assaulted in Kitchener

Police responded to a 9-11 call around 2:18 in the morning on Sunday where they found an altercation in progress at Francis street north in Kitchener.
Four male suspects had attacked a lone male victim with a baseball bat. The victim was with his girlfriend at the time but she was not attacked.
Police believe that there may be other victims in the incident, however found no one after checking the area with a canine unit.
The victim suffered minor injuries and Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to call Crimestoppers.
