Times Square reopens

Fox News is reporting that Times Square has reopened after police a suspicious package was deemed safe.
Police cleared the streets after a cooler was found on a sidewalk on the same block where a failed car bomb was found over the weekend.
Police say the bomb squad responded to the area near 46th and Broadway.
Three blocks around Times Square were closed for about a half hour.
The cooler reportedly contained water bottles.
