New revelations in Jaffer controversy

New twists in the ongoing controversy swirling around former federal cabinet minister Helena Guergis and her husband Rahim Jaffer.
CTV News reports on allegations Jaffer had made overtures to Industry Minister Tony Clement’s office, and an associate of Jaffer’s made a business pitch to Science Minister Gary Goodyear’s office.
CTV reports, in both cases, the government didn’t bite and no contracts were awarded.
And in both cases, the ministers’ offices turned over the case to the Lobbyist’s Commissioner.
