Kitchener’s newest condo project ready to launch

Kitchener’s newest condominium project will be officially unveiled to the public this weekend.
Andrin Homes is working on the new City Centre Condominiums in downtown Kitchener’s Centre Block.
The City Centre includes two condo towers with about 400 units. There will also be a hotel, retail space, and a courtyard.
Andrin President Peter Smith says the project has been years in the making. He says the company has worked with the city to develop the concept and it’s now ready to launch.
Smith says he’s excited to be part of the redevelopment of downtown Kitchener, saying, “We think Kitchener is a phenomenal marketplace with all of the high tech industries coming in…and the need for housing for people working in those industries…we believe is there.”
The official public launch is happening on Saturday. 570 News got a sneak peek of some of the model units today.
