WRPS investigating ‘Indecent Act’ at Kitchener restaurant

Police are investigating reports of an indecent act by a Kitchener man directed at a female youth on Friday.

The incident, said to have occurred around 3:45 p.m. took place at a restaurant in Kitchener at Weber Street East and Kinzie Avenue.

The suspected male is described as white, in his 40s, tall with a thin build and blonde hair, and was said to have been wearing a black sweater, black baseball hat, and sunglasses at the time of the incident.

The investigation is still ongoing.
