The collision occurred shortly after 5 p.m. on Nov. 22 in the Goodwin Drive and Hodgson Drive area as a 49-year-old woman was struck while crossing the intersection.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The involved pick-up truck allegedly did not remain at the scene.
The vehicle is described as a black Ford F250 Super Duty that had scrap items in its bed, including what appeared to be a dishwasher or washing machine.
