Retired region paramedic remembered after passing

Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services is remembering retired paramedic Doug Mathieson after his death on New Year's Eve. 

Mathieson served Region of Waterloo for 35 years, first with Cambridge Memorial Hospital, then with Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services. 

He retired in 2016 and loved films, junior and senior A hockey and travel. 

“A good man who will be missed,” said region paramedic services on Twitter.
