The Food Bank wants to help you count down to the holidays while helping fill a neighbour’s cupboard

The Food Bank of Waterloo Region CEO Wendi Campbell says last year close to six million pounds of food were distributed around our region.

Campbell says during this pandemic the numbers continue to grow.

She says there's been a 30-percent increase in new households now accessing assistance.
