Elmira’s Rank still leading Canadian Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship

Elmira’s Garrett Rank continues to lead the Canadian Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship in Nova Scotia.

The 27-year-old fired a 3-over 73 in round 2 on Wednesday. He’s two-under for the tournament, good for a three shot
lead.

The winner earns a spot in next summer’s RBC Canadian Open.

Rank is also part of Team Ontario which won the provincial title at the tournament. The three-man unit, which includes
New Hamburg native Josh Hunke, combined for a total of five-over.
